Information pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of European regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of physical persons with regards to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data
With this document, we intend to inform you that the personal data you provide is processed with integrity and transparency, for legitimate purposes and protecting your privacy and rights.
The personal data we may process is the following: personal details (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, etc.), tax code, corporate contact details (e.g. e-mail address, fixed and mobile phone number, etc.), personal contact details (e.g. e-mail address, fixed and mobile phone number, etc.), corporate responsibilities and role, employer company, academic qualifications, workplace address, data concerning residence or domicile (e.g. residence address). If your personal data was not transmitted directly by you, it may have been provided by your company, collected via websites or from public registers, or transmitted by professional or private acquaintances.
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) Management of pre-contractual information and fulfilment of contractual obligations involving the supply/purchase of products/services. Data processed for these purposes is stored for the time period set by currently effective laws or, if no legal obligations are applicable to its storage, for 2 years from the time of the last contract/order or for 2 years from the time of your resignation/dismissal from the customer/supplier company.
b) Fulfilment of obligations deriving from laws, regulations, community standards and civil and tax-related laws: e.g. for reasons pertaining to accounting administration, tax laws, health and safety in the workplace, etc. Data processed for these purposes is stored for the time period set by currently effective laws.
The processing of data for the purposes listed under item a) is legitimate, as this is necessary for the execution of a contract the client/supplier is part of, or for the management of pre-contractual information.
The processing of data for the purposes listed under item b) is compulsory by law.
If you have provided your data directly, this provision – for purposes listed under item a – is necessary for pre-contractual and contractual fulfilments. Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to supply the required pre-contractual information and complete the stipulation of the contract. Within limits strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and fully respecting your privacy and rights, the data you provide may be disclosed to employees and collaborators authorized to process the data. The data may also be transmitted – including for legal reasons and, in any case, in the context of the purposes listed above – to consultants and freelancers, local, regional, municipal and state institutions, as well as companies covering administration, tax-related, technical and organizational tasks for our firm.
Your data will not be disseminated in any form.
Furthermore, we wish to inform you that the European Regulation acknowledges that you are entitled to specific rights, as applicable to the processing of data and its defined purposes, such as the right to access your personal data, the right to oppose the processing of your data, the right to rectify your data, the right to data portability, to limit the processing of your data, to cancel the data and to revoke your consent.
